If you are in the heart of Casco Histórico, head towards Plaza de Zocodover. From the plaza, take the Calle de la Paz, which will lead you through the charming streets lined with shops and cafes. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Calle del Comercio, then turn left. Follow this street until you see the entrance to the Puerta del Cambrón on your right. This should take approximately 10-15 minutes depending on your pace.
Walking
Another option is to start at the Alcázar of Toledo. Exit the Alcázar and head down towards the Plaza de Zocodover. From there, follow the previous directions by taking Calle de la Paz and then turning left onto Calle del Comercio. This route is approximately 20 minutes and offers beautiful views of the city.
