Walking
From Ruzafa, start at the intersection of Calle de Sueca and Calle de Pérez Galdós. Head northeast on Calle de Sueca towards Calle de la Reina. Continue straight until you reach the square, Plaza de la Reina. From there, you will see the Valencia Cathedral in the distance. Walk towards it, passing the beautiful buildings along the way. As you get closer, you will enter the old town area, where the cathedral is located at Plaza de l'Almoina, s/n, Ciutat Vella.
Public Transport
You can also take the Metro. From Ruzafa, walk to the nearest Metro station, 'Xàtiva' (about 15 minutes from Ruzafa). Take Line 3 or Line 5 towards 'Aeroport' and get off at 'Colón'. From Colón, transfer to Line 1 and head towards 'Bailén'. Get off at 'Àngel Guimerà' and switch to Line 7 towards 'Marítim - Serrería'. Finally, get off at 'Alameda' and take a short walk to Plaza de l'Almoina, where the Valencia Cathedral is located. Note: A single journey ticket costs around €1.50.
