If you're driving, you can reach Pont de la Trinitat by taking the A-3 highway towards Valencia. Once you are in Valencia, follow signs for 'València Centro' and merge onto the CV-30. Take exit 6 for CV-30 toward Albufera. Continue on CV-30 until you reach the exit for 'La Saïdia'. Follow the signs towards 'La Saïdia', and once you are in the neighborhood, look for the bridge which is well-marked. There are parking areas nearby where you can leave your vehicle.

To reach Pont de la Trinitat using public transport, take Line 3 or Line 5 of the Metro from any station in the city that is convenient for you. Get off at 'Avenida del Cid' station. From there, take bus number 28 towards 'Poble Sec' and get off at the stop 'Pont de la Trinitat'. The bridge is a short walk from the bus stop, just follow the signs towards 'La Saïdia'. Alternatively, you can also take a tram from the city center to 'Marítim-Serreria' station and then walk towards the bridge.
