If you're starting from Plaza Mayor, head northeast on Calle de Santiago towards Calle de la Libertad. Continue straight until you reach Calle de García Morato, then turn left. From there, continue straight until you arrive at Plaza Colegio de Santa Cruz, where the Palacio de Santa Cruz is located.
