If you are starting from the city center, head towards Plaza del Pilar. From there, walk along Calle Alfonso I until you reach the intersection with Paseo de la Independencia. Upon reaching Paseo de la Ribera, turn right and continue walking until you see Parque Macanaz on your left at Calle García Arista.
