From the Universidad neighborhood, you can start your journey by heading south towards Avenida de Goya. If you are near the university campus, make your way to Calle de José Anselmo Clavé and proceed down to the intersection with Avenida de Goya. Once you reach Avenida de Goya, turn right and continue straight until you arrive at Plaza de los Sitios. Cross the plaza, and you will see signs pointing towards the Casco Antiguo (Old Town). Continue walking straight, following the signs for Casco Antiguo, which will lead you to Calle de Alfonso I. This street is a pedestrian zone filled with shops and cafes. Follow Calle de Alfonso I until you reach Plaza del Pilar, which will be on your left.

Alternatively, you can take a bus from Universidad to Plaza del Pilar. Head to the nearest bus stop on Avenida de Goya. Look for bus lines 34 or 51, which directly serve the route to the city center. You will need to purchase a bus ticket, which costs approximately 1.35 euros. Once on the bus, stay on until you reach the stop called 'Plaza del Pilar.' The journey should take around 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic.
