If you are driving, head towards Zaragoza. Use the A-2 highway from any direction within Aragon. Once in Zaragoza, follow signs for the city center (Casco Antiguo). Upon reaching Plaza de Ntra. Sra. del Pilar, you will find Fuente de la Hispanidad located directly in the plaza. There are several parking options in the vicinity, including underground parking garages. Be aware that parking fees may apply, typically ranging from €1 to €2 per hour.
Public Transportation
