Walking
If you are starting from the Anuradhapura Railway Station, exit the station and turn right. Walk straight along the main road for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the junction with the A9 highway. Here, turn left onto the A9. Continue walking for approximately 1 kilometer. As you walk, keep an eye out for local signs pointing towards the Dakkhina Stupa. After about 1 kilometer, you will see a small road that leads to the stupa on your right. Follow this road for about 300 meters until you reach Dakkhina Stupa.

If you are near the Ruwanwelisaya Stupa, exit the site and head southeast. Walk towards the junction with the A9 highway, which is approximately 600 meters away. Once you reach the A9, turn left and walk for about 1 kilometer. Look for the signpost indicating the Dakkhina Stupa on your right. Turn onto this small road and continue for about 300 meters to arrive at Dakkhina Stupa.

Bicycle
Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Anuradhapura. Start at the Sri Maha Bodhi Temple and cycle straight towards the A9 highway, which is about 1 kilometer away. Once you reach the A9, turn left and follow the road for approximately 1 kilometer. Keep an eye out for the sign for Dakkhina Stupa on your right. Turn onto the small road and bike for another 300 meters to reach your destination.

Tuk-tuk
If you're at Anuradhapura City Center, find a tuk-tuk and ask the driver to take you to Dakkhina Stupa. The ride should take about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. You can also mention the intersection near the A9 highway to ensure the driver knows the correct route. Once you arrive, the tuk-tuk can drop you off right at the entrance.
