    If you are starting from the Anuradhapura Railway Station, exit the station and turn left onto the main road (Kandy Road). Walk approximately 1.5 kilometers heading north. You will pass the clock tower on your right. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto the Anuradhapura - Mihintale Rd (A9). After about 500 meters, you will see the entrance to the Sacred City on your left. Enter the Sacred City and follow the signs to the Dakkhina Stupa, which is about 1 kilometer inside the complex.
