From Arugam Bay, head south on the A4 highway towards Panama. After approximately 5 kilometers, take a right turn onto the road leading to Panama Village. Continue straight for about 3 kilometers until you reach the village entrance. As you enter Panama Village, follow the signs towards Panama Lagoon. Parking is available near the lagoon, but be mindful of local traffic rules.

You can easily hire a tuk-tuk from any location in Arugam Bay. Simply tell the driver you want to go to Panama Lagoon. The journey will take about 20-30 minutes, depending on traffic. The fare typically ranges from 800 to 1200 LKR (Sri Lankan Rupees), so be sure to negotiate the price before starting your ride.
Public Bus
Take a local bus from Arugam Bay to Panama. Buses leave regularly from the central bus station in Arugam Bay. The fare is quite economical, usually around 50-100 LKR.
