Car
If you're driving from Arugam Bay, head northeast on Main Street (A4) for about 2.5 km. Continue straight until you reach the junction at the Sarvodayapuram area. Turn left onto Sarvodayapuram Road and follow it for approximately 1 km. Navalaru should be located on your right at the coordinates 6.8163421, 81.8033912. Ensure to look for the local signs that might assist you in locating it more easily.
Public Transportation (Tuk-Tuk)
From any location in Arugam Bay, you can hire a Tuk-Tuk. The average fare to Navalaru from the center of Arugam Bay should be around 500-700 LKR. Make sure to show the driver the coordinates (RR83+G9J, Sarvodayapuram) if they are unfamiliar with the location. The ride will take approximately 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic.
Public Bus
Alternatively, you can take a local bus from Arugam Bay to Sarvodayapuram. Board the bus heading in the direction of Pottuvil or Ampara. The bus fare is usually around 50-100 LKR. After getting off at the Sarvodayapuram stop, you'll need to walk about 15 minutes to Navalaru. Head northeast on Sarvodayapuram Road, and follow the local signs or ask for directions to reach your destination.
