If you are driving from Arugam Bay, head east on the A4 road. Follow the signs towards Pottuvil and continue for approximately 5 kilometers. You will see a sign for ULLA STATE FOREST on your right. Turn into the road and continue until you reach the entrance of the forest. Parking may be available near the entrance, but make sure to check for any parking fees.

From Arugam Bay, you can catch a local bus heading towards Pottuvil. Make sure to board a bus that is marked for Pottuvil and is going via the A4 road. The bus ride takes about 15-20 minutes.
