To reach the Ancient Sluice using public transportation, start by taking a bus from Kandy to Nuwara Eliya. Buses run frequently, and the fare is typically around LKR 150-250. Once you arrive at the Nuwara Eliya bus station, you can take a tuk-tuk or a local taxi to the XQ3H+2FM location. The fare for a tuk-tuk should be around LKR 300-500 depending on your negotiation skills. Ask the driver to drop you off near the Mahagasthota area, where the Ancient Sluice is located about 300 meters from the main road.
