Car
From Kandy, take the A1 highway towards Nuwara Eliya. Drive approximately 40 km until you reach the town of Ramboda. Once in Ramboda, look for the signs directing you to Devathura Ella Falls. The entrance is located near the Ramboda Falls Hotel. There is a parking area available near the falls. Please note that the road can be steep and winding, so drive carefully.
Public Transportation
If you are using public transportation, take a bus from Kandy to Nuwara Eliya. Buses are frequent and typically cost around 150 LKR. Ask the conductor to drop you off at Ramboda. Once you arrive in Ramboda, you can take a tuk-tuk (costing approximately 300-400 LKR) to the entrance of Devathura Ella Falls, or you can walk for about 15-20 minutes if you prefer.
Walking
If you choose to walk from the Ramboda bus stop, head towards the main road and follow the signs to Devathura Ella Falls. The path can be steep and may require some effort, but it is a scenic walk through the lush landscape of Central Province.
