If you are in Colombo Fort, head towards the Galle Face Hotel, which is a prominent landmark. From the hotel, walk along Galle Road (also known as Marine Drive) heading towards the south. Keep the sea on your left. After about 10-15 minutes of walking, you will see Galle Face Green on your right. The park is spacious and directly adjacent to the ocean, making it hard to miss.

Find the nearest bus stop in Colombo Fort or near Pettah Market. Look for buses that have routes towards 'Galle Face' or 'Colombo 03'. Board the bus and inform the conductor that you are heading to Galle Face Green. The ride should take approximately 15-20 minutes depending on traffic. Get off when you see the large open space of Galle Face Green in front of the ocean.
