Walking
If you are starting from the Colombo Fort area, head towards the Sri Lanka National Museum located in Viharamahadevi Park. From there, walk straight down Sir James Peiris Mawatha until you reach the junction with Galle Road. At the junction, turn left onto Galle Road and continue walking until you reach the Colombo Lighthouse. Once you see the lighthouse, turn right onto the road leading to the coast (Marine Drive). Continue walking along Marine Drive until you reach the intersection with the road leading to Kochchikade. Turn left onto this road and keep walking straight. You will pass by several shops and local eateries. St. Anthony's Shrine will be on your right side after approximately 15 minutes of walking.

Public Transport (Bus)
From the Colombo Fort area, walk to the Colombo Central Bus Stand. Look for buses that go to Kochchikade and board one (look for signs indicating 'Kochchikade' or ask the bus conductor). The bus ride will take around 30 minutes depending on traffic. Get off at the Kochchikade bus stop, which is near the junction with the main road. Once you get off, walk straight for about 5 minutes, and you will find St. Anthony's Shrine on your left side.
