Walking
From Galle Fort, head south towards the Lighthouse. Continue walking along the coastline on the main road, passing the beach on your left. After about 15 minutes, you will reach the intersection with the Galle-Matara Road. Turn left here and follow the road for about 5 minutes. You will see a sign for the Old Slave Quarters on your right. Continue straight until you reach the entrance.

If you are at Galle's main bus station, exit the station and head towards the main road. Turn right and walk straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the Galle Fort entrance. Once at the Fort, follow the previous walking directions to reach the Old Slave Quarters.

From the Galle Clock Tower, head south towards the ocean. Turn right at the end of the street onto the coastal road. Walk along this road for approximately 20 minutes, enjoying the views of the sea. When you reach the intersection with Galle-Matara Road, turn left, and after a short walk, you will find the Old Slave Quarters on your right.
