Make sure to pay the entrance fee for the park, which is around 3,000 LKR for foreign tourists.

To reach Horton Plains National Park via public transport, take a bus or a taxi from Nuwara Eliya to the park entrance. Buses run regularly and cost approximately 100-150 LKR.
