Car
If you're driving from Kalpitiya town, head north on the main road (A3) towards Puttalam. After about 6 kilometers, look for a sign for 'De Silva Kite School' and turn left onto a smaller road. Continue straight for about 2 kilometers until you reach De Silva Kite School located at 'Sethawadiya, Puttalam, Kalpitiya 61360'. There is parking available on-site.

Public Transportation (Bus)
From Kalpitiya town, take a bus heading toward Puttalam. Buses frequently depart from the main bus station. Inform the driver that you want to get off at 'Sethawadiya'. The journey should take about 30 minutes. After getting off, you might have to walk about 1 kilometer to reach the kite school, following the local roads. Alternatively, you can ask locals for directions.

For a more convenient option, hire a tuk-tuk from Kalpitiya town. Negotiate a fare before starting your journey. It should cost around 500 LKR to reach De Silva Kite School. The ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes. The tuk-tuk will take you directly to the entrance of the school.
