From Kalutara town, take the A2 road heading towards Ratnapura. Continue for approximately 28 km until you reach the junction at Eheliyagoda. Turn left onto Dehiowita Road (Biso Dola Ella is about 3 km down this road). Follow Dehiowita Road, and you will find Biso Dola Ella on the right side of the road at the coordinates 6.8659, 80.2723. Ensure to keep an eye out for local signs indicating the waterfall as you approach.

Public Transportation
From Kalutara, take a bus to Eheliyagoda. The buses are frequent, and the journey will take about 1 hour. Upon reaching Eheliyagoda, you can either take a tuk-tuk directly to Biso Dola Ella for around 300 LKR or walk the 3 km distance along Dehiowita Road. If you choose to walk, be sure to stay hydrated and wear comfortable shoes as the road can be uneven.
