Car
If you are driving from Kalutara town, head south on the A2 highway towards Ambalangoda. Continue for about 10 kilometers until you reach the town of Kosgoda. Once in Kosgoda, look for Galbokka Road, which will be on your right. Turn onto Galbokka Road and drive approximately 1 kilometer until you reach Galbokka Beach, located at 53a Galbokka Rd. There is usually street parking available near the beach.
Public Transportation
To reach Galbokka Beach via public transport, take a bus from Kalutara to Ambalangoda. Buses run frequently along the A2 highway, and the fare is typically around 50-100 LKR. Inform the driver that you want to get off at Kosgoda. Once you arrive in Kosgoda, you can either walk to Galbokka Beach, which is about a 15-20 minute walk, or take a tuk-tuk for approximately 200-300 LKR to cover the last kilometer to 53a Galbokka Rd.

If you are already in Kosgoda and prefer a more local experience, you can hire a tuk-tuk to take you directly to Galbokka Beach. The journey should take around 5 minutes and cost approximately 200-300 LKR. Make sure to negotiate the fare before starting your ride.
