Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from the Kandy City Center, head east on Dalada Veediya (Temple Road) for about 500 meters until you reach the historic Temple of the Tooth Relic. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Rajapihilla Mawatha. Turn left onto Rajapihilla Mawatha and walk for about 400 meters. The Y.M.B.A. Hall will be on your right at 5 Rajapihilla Mawatha.

  • Tuk-Tuk

    From Kandy City Center, find a tuk-tuk stand or hail a tuk-tuk. Tell the driver you want to go to Y.M.B.A. Hall at 5 Rajapihilla Mawatha. The ride should take about 5-10 minutes depending on traffic. You will be dropped off right in front of the hall.

  • Bus

    If you are near the Kandy Bus Station, take a bus heading towards Gampola or any bus that goes along the Kandy-Gampola Road. Get off at the stop closest to the Temple of the Tooth Relic. From there, walk east along Dalada Veediya until you reach the intersection with Rajapihilla Mawatha. Turn left and walk about 400 meters to find the Y.M.B.A. Hall on your right.
