Walking
From Matara Railway Station, head east on Matara-Negombo Rd towards Anagarika Dharmapala Mawatha. Continue straight for about 1 km until you reach the junction near the Matara Bus Stand. From there, take a right onto Anagarika Dharmapala Mawatha and walk for approximately 600 meters. The Nilawala Estuary will be on your left at No. 366, 1/2 Anagarika Dharmapala Mawatha.
