If you are traveling by car, head towards Anuradhapura. From the city center, take the Anuradhapura - Mihintale Road (A9). As you approach the Ruwanweli Maha Seya, look for signs directing you to the parking area nearby. The Ancient Round Well is located just a short walk from the parking area, approximately 200 meters to the northeast of the stupa.

Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, board a bus heading to Anuradhapura from your current location in the North Central Province. Once you arrive at the Anuradhapura bus station, you can either take a tuk-tuk or walk towards Ruwanweli Maha Seya. The well is approximately 1 kilometer from the bus station. If you choose to walk, head northeast on New Town Road, then turn left onto the Anuradhapura - Mihintale Road (A9), and continue until you reach the Ruwanweli Maha Seya. The Ancient Round Well is located just a short walk northeast from there.

If you prefer a faster option, you can hire a tuk-tuk from the Anuradhapura bus station. Negotiate the fare before starting the ride; it should cost around 300-500 LKR depending on your starting point and the distance.
