As you approach the Ruwanweli Maha Seya, look for signs directing you to the parking area nearby. The Ancient Round Well is located just a short walk from the parking area, approximately 200 meters to the northeast of the stupa.

Once you arrive at the Anuradhapura bus station, you can either take a tuk-tuk or walk towards Ruwanweli Maha Seya. The well is approximately 1 kilometer from the bus station. The Ancient Round Well is located just a short walk northeast from there.
