From any location in North Central Province, use a GPS-enabled device to navigate to the address X223+M8H, Manik, Polonnaruwa. If you're coming from Polonnaruwa town center, head southeast on the A11 road for about 15 minutes until you reach the intersection with X223. Turn onto X223 and continue straight for approximately 5 minutes. The Vishnu Devale No 2 will be on your left. There is no entry fee to visit the temple.
