Walking
If you are in the center of Nuwara Eliya, start at the Nuwara Eliya Post Office. Walk along the main road, passing the Grand Hotel on your right. Continue straight until you reach the junction where the road forks. Take the left fork, which is the Avissawella - Hatton - Nuwara Eliya Highway. Follow this road for about 3 kilometers, enjoying the scenic views of the tea plantations. Keep an eye out for the Rainbow Adventure Sports sign, which will be on your right side. The location is XCQJ+MFJ, Avissawella - Hatton - Nuwara Eliya Hwy, Kitulgala.

From anywhere in Nuwara Eliya, find a tuk-tuk stand or hail a tuk-tuk. Tell the driver you want to go to Rainbow Adventure Sports, located on the Avissawella - Hatton - Nuwara Eliya Highway. The drivers typically know the area well. The ride should take approximately 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic. You will be dropped off directly in front of the facility.

Public Bus
To use public transport, head to the Nuwara Eliya bus station. Look for a bus heading towards Kitulgala or Avissawella. Make sure to confirm with the conductor that the bus will stop at Rainbow Adventure Sports. The bus ride will take around 30 minutes. When you reach the stop closest to Rainbow Adventure Sports, disembark and walk back a few meters; the adventure sports center will be visible on your right.
