Getting There

    From the center of Polonnaruwa, head east towards the A6 road. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with the A6. Turn left onto the A6 road. After approximately 3 kilometers, you will see signs for Ederagala Wana Senasuna. The temple is located on the left side of the road. Follow the signs to the entrance.

  • Tuk-tuk

    Find a tuk-tuk stand in the city center of Polonnaruwa. Inform the driver that you want to go to Ederagala Wana Senasuna, located on the A6 road in Dambulla. The ride will take around 15-20 minutes depending on traffic. The tuk-tuk will drop you off right at the entrance of the temple.

  • Bicycle

    If you have access to a bicycle, start from the Polonnaruwa Archaeological Museum. Head east on the main road towards the A6. Once you reach the A6, turn left and continue cycling for about 3 kilometers. Look for signs indicating Ederagala Wana Senasuna on your left. There is parking available near the temple for bicycles.
