Car
From the center of Ratnapura, head south on Main Street towards Wewelwatte Road. Continue for about 1.5 kilometers. Once you reach the Ratnapura-Wewelwatte Road (A4), turn left. Follow the A4 road for approximately 5 kilometers. You will see signs for Aanda Ella Fall. Look for a small road leading to the waterfall on your left. Park your vehicle at the designated parking area and walk towards the falls, which is a short hike from the parking spot.
Public Transportation
Start at the Ratnapura bus station. Look for a bus heading towards Wewelwatte or any bus that stops at Aanda Ella Fall. The bus fare should be around LKR 30-50. Let the conductor know your destination, and they will inform you when to get off. Once you arrive at the nearest stop, you may need to walk approximately 1 kilometer to reach the falls. Follow the local signs or ask locals for directions to ensure you are on the right path.
Walking
If you are already near the Ratnapura-Wewelwatte Road, you can simply walk towards Aanda Ella Fall. Starting from the Ratnapura city center, it is about a 6-7 kilometer walk. Follow the main roads and look for signs indicating the direction of Aanda Ella Fall. Ensure you wear comfortable footwear as the terrain can be uneven.
