Starting from Unawatuna Beach, head north along the beach towards the Unawatuna railway station. Continue walking along the beach road until you reach Devala Road. Turn left onto Devala Road. Keep walking for about 1 kilometer, and you will see the Lord Nelson Shipwreck (Godagala) on your right side, near the beach.

If you are staying near the main road in Unawatuna, start at the Unawatuna Main Street. Walk towards the beach and follow the signs directing you to Devala Road. Once you reach Devala Road, turn left and walk for approximately 500 meters. The Lord Nelson Shipwreck (Godagala) will be on your left side as you approach the beach area.
