You will notice the surroundings becoming more urban as you approach Paramaribo. After approximately 1.5 kilometers, you will reach the city center. Look for signs leading to Henck Arron Street, which is where the basilica is located.

    If you are able to rent a bicycle in Lelydorp, start by pedaling towards the main road (Lelydorp - Paramaribo road). Ride northwest for about 3 kilometers until reaching the intersection with Martin Luther Kingweg. Carefully cross, and continue on your bike for another 1.5 kilometers.
