Getting There

• Walking

  If you are in the city center of Paramaribo, start by heading towards the major landmark, the Palmentuin (Palm Garden). From the Palmentuin, walk southeast on the Henck Arronstraat. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with the Gravenstraat. Turn left onto Gravenstraat and walk for about 300 meters. You will see the André Kamperveen Stadion on your right at the location RRPQ+WVC, Rainville. The stadium is well-signposted, so you should be able to see it from a distance.

• Bicycle

  If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in the city center. Start at the Palmentuin and head southeast along Henck Arronstraat, just like the walking route. Once you reach the Gravenstraat intersection, turn left and cycle for about 300 meters. The André Kamperveen Stadion will be on your right. The ride should take approximately 10-15 minutes, depending on your pace.

• Public Transport

  To reach André Kamperveen Stadion by public transport, find a local bus that goes towards Rainville. You can catch a bus from the main bus terminal in Paramaribo. Ask the driver to drop you off at a stop near the Rainville area. Once you get off, walk towards the RRPQ+WVC address. The stadium is approximately a 10-minute walk from the bus stop, so just head in the direction of the stadium, which is well-marked. Be sure to confirm with locals or the bus driver about the exact stop to get off for the best access to the stadium.
