Walking
If you are starting from the center of Paramaribo, head south on Domineestraat towards de Waterkant. Continue walking straight for about 1 km until you reach the intersection with Cornelis Jongbaw Street. Turn right onto Cornelis Jongbaw Street. Continue walking for approximately 500 meters. Het Surinaamsch Rumhuis will be on your left at RVH4+VPJ.
Bicycle
Rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in the center of Paramaribo. Start by heading south on Domineestraat towards de Waterkant. When you reach the intersection, turn right onto Cornelis Jongbaw Street. Cycle down Cornelis Jongbaw Street for around 500 meters. Het Surinaamsch Rumhuis will be on your left, located at RVH4+VPJ.
Public Transport (Bus)
Locate a bus stop near your location where buses to Rainville are available. Board a bus that is heading towards Rainville. Inform the driver that you want to get off at Cornelis Jongbaw Street. Once you disembark, walk north on Cornelis Jongbaw Street for about 200 meters. Het Surinaamsch Rumhuis will be on your right at RVH4+VPJ.
