From the center of Sipaliwini District, head south on the main road towards Cajana. Continue driving for approximately 45 kilometers until you reach the turn-off for Gran Rio shore. Follow the signs directing you towards Kosindo River Lodge. The lodge is located at the end of the Gran Rio shore road. Make sure your vehicle is suitable for this type of terrain, as the road may be unpaved in sections.

Public Transportation
Take a local bus from the main bus station in Sipaliwini District heading towards Cajana. The fare is usually around 10 SRD. Inform the driver that you are going to Gran Rio shore. The bus will drop you off at the nearest point to the lodge. From there, you may need to walk approximately 1 kilometer along the Gran Rio shore road to reach Kosindo River Lodge. Ensure to check the bus schedule as services may be limited.
