Car
From Björkliden, drive south on E10 for approximately 15 kilometers. Take the exit towards Katterjåkk. Continue on the road for about 5 kilometers until you reach the Bälingeberget parking area. There is a small sign indicating the entrance to the nature reserve. Please note that parking may incur a small fee, so be prepared with some cash or check for parking payment options.
Public Transportation
Take the bus from Björkliden to Kiruna. This bus route typically runs several times a day and takes about 30 minutes. Once in Kiruna, transfer to a local bus heading towards Katterjåkk. Get off at the nearest stop to Bälingeberget. From the bus stop, it is a short walk (about 1 kilometer) to the entrance of Bälingeberget. Be sure to check the bus schedules in advance as they may vary, especially during off-peak seasons.
Walking
If you prefer to walk from Björkliden, follow the trail signs leading towards Katterjåkk. The walk is approximately 5 kilometers and offers beautiful views of the surrounding landscape. Ensure you wear appropriate hiking shoes and bring water and snacks for the journey.
