If you are starting from Karlstad Central Station, exit the station and head towards the main street (Drottninggatan). Walk straight along Drottninggatan for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Östra Torggatan. Turn left onto Östra Torggatan and continue walking until you see a sign for Värmlands Museum. The museum is located at Sandgrundsudden, which is just a short walk from the river. Follow the path along the riverbank, and you will arrive at the museum.
