If you are in the city center of Linköping, start at Stora Torget (the main square). From Stora Torget, head east on Västra Storgatan towards Kungsängsgatan. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with S:t Larsgatan. Turn left onto S:t Larsgatan and walk straight until you reach the end of the street. Turn right onto Innerstaden. The Folke Filbyter statue will be on your left, located in a small park area. The total walking distance is approximately 1 kilometer and should take around 15-20 minutes.

For those who prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the local bike rental stations. Start at Stora Torget and cycle east on Västra Storgatan. Follow the same route as the walking instructions, but be cautious of pedestrians. As you approach Innerstaden, there are bike lanes available. Park your bike at the designated bike racks near the statue. The cycling distance is about 1 kilometer and will take approximately 5-10 minutes.

To use public transport, catch bus number 1 or 2 from any central bus stop, such as the one at Stora Torget. Ride the bus for about 5 stops and get off at the stop named 'S:t Larsgatan'. From there, walk straight ahead on S:t Larsgatan until you reach Innerstaden. Turn right, and you will find the Folke Filbyter statue within a few minutes’ walk. The whole journey, including the bus ride and walking, should take around 20-30 minutes.
