Walking
If you are near Luleå Central Station, exit the station and head east towards the main road, Storgatan. Continue walking straight on Storgatan for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Skeppsbrogatan. Turn right onto Skeppsbrogatan, and continue walking for another 300 meters. You will see the Kulturens hus on your left, which houses Luleå turistcenter. The exact address is Skeppsbrogatan 17.

You can take bus number 1 or 2 from any stop in Luleå towards the city center. Board the bus and ride for about 10-15 minutes. Get off at the bus stop named 'Kulturens hus'. Once you exit the bus, walk towards the Kulturens hus building. Luleå turistcenter is located inside this building at Skeppsbrogatan 17.
