How Lindvallen is laid out and what you'll see

Lindvallen is organised around a cluster of four service squares—Söderåstorget, Experiumtorget, Gustavtorget and Sälfjällstorget—each a compact hub of lifts, rentals, cafés and family facilities. Gentle tree-lined slopes sweep down from the lifts into broad nursery areas; further up you find longer red runs and connections to the neighbouring Högfjället sector. The resort’s buildings are a mix of modern lodge-style accommodation, apartment complexes and purpose-built facilities that keep the slopes within easy reach of front doors.

Lindvallen’s piste network favours beginner and intermediate skiing with a high proportion of green and red runs; steeper terrain is available higher on the mountains and through the Högfjället connection. Multiple chairlifts and surface lifts move skiers quickly from the squares to the upper runs, and piste maintenance and snow-making infrastructure keep primary routes reliably skiable. Cross-country tracks also pass close to the village, offering alternative low-impact exploration for non-alpine days.

Accommodation ranges from family-orientated apartment lodges with shared saunas and fireplaces to smaller rental apartments offering kitchen facilities for groups. Many properties advertise ski-in/ski-out convenience and proximity to cross-country trails. Even outside winter, the village retains a quiet, pine-framed alpine character: summer visitors use walking and cycling trails, play areas and the climbing and padel facilities around Svansjön.
