From Tärnaby, head southeast on E12. Continue for approximately 760 km (472 miles) towards Stockholm. Upon reaching Stockholm, follow signs for 'City Center' and then for Djurgården. You will eventually arrive at Galärvarvsvägen. The Vasa Museum is located at Galärvarvsvägen 14, 115 21 Stockholm. There is paid parking available nearby, which costs approximately 20 SEK per hour.

Public Transportation - Train and Bus
Start by taking a bus from Tärnaby to the nearest train station, which is in Hemavan. From Hemavan, take a train to Stockholm Central Station. The train journey can take around 15-20 hours with at least one transfer, depending on the schedule. Once at Stockholm Central Station, exit and take the metro to T-Centralen. From T-Centralen, take bus 69 towards 'Djurgården' and get off at the stop 'Nordisk Museum'. The Vasa Museum is a short walk from there, located at Galärvarvsvägen 14. Tickets for the bus are around 40 SEK.
