Turn right on Stora Gatan and walk until you reach the Vasa Park. From Vasa Park, continue walking south towards the waterfront. Follow the waterfront promenade, enjoying the view of Lake Mälaren. After approximately 20 minutes of walking, you will reach the Asköviken area. Look for signs directing you towards Tornudden, which is a bird watching area located at Unnamed Road, 725 91 Västerås.

Rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Västerås, ideally located near the Västerås Central Station. Once you have your bike, head south on Vasagatan and then take a left onto Kungsängsgatan. Continue straight until you reach the waterfront.
