Start at Västerås Central Station (Västerås C). From the station, take bus number 1 towards 'Djäkneberget'. This bus will take you directly towards Hamre Våtmark. The journey takes approximately 15 minutes. You should get off at the 'Hamre Våtmark' bus stop. From there, you can walk a few minutes to the entrance of Hamre Våtmark.

If you are near the city center, you can walk to Hamre Våtmark. Start at Stora Torget (the main square) and head northwest towards Västerås Central Station. Once you reach the station, follow the instructions above for taking bus number 1, or if you prefer walking, continue straight on Västmanlands Läns Landsting road and follow the signs leading to Hamre Våtmark. It is approximately a 45-minute walk.

If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from one of the many rental spots in the city. From the city center, head north on the bike path that runs along the Västeråsfjärden lake. Follow the path until you reach Hamre Våtmark. This route is scenic and takes about 25 minutes.
