Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from Västerås Central Station, exit the station and head north on Stora Gatan. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Vasagatan. Turn left onto Vasagatan and walk for about 300 meters. When you reach the roundabout, take the second exit onto Notudden and continue straight for another 500 meters. You will see the entrance to Notuddsparken on your right.

  • Public Transport

    From Västerås Central Station, take bus line 1 towards Skallberget. The bus leaves from the stop right outside the station. Stay on the bus for 4 stops and get off at the Notudden stop. From there, it’s a short walk of about 200 meters to the park entrance, which you will find on your left.

  • Bicycle

    If you prefer to cycle, you can rent a bike from one of the local rental shops near Västerås Central Station. Head north on Stora Gatan, then follow the same route as the walking guide, keeping to the bike lanes. The journey will take approximately 10-15 minutes, depending on your cycling speed.
