    From Västerås Central Station, take bus number 5 towards 'Öster Mälarstrand'. The bus stop is located just outside the station. Stay on the bus for about 15 minutes until you reach the 'Öster Mälarstrand' stop. Once you get off, walk along Öster Mälarstrands Allé for approximately 10 minutes. You will see Vågholmen on your left, situated along the waterfront.

  • Bicycle

    If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the local rental shops near Västerås Central Station. Head southwest on Smedjegatan and then take a left onto Djäknegatan. Follow the path, which turns into Öster Mälarstrands Allé. Continue straight for about 3 kilometers until you reach Vågholmen, which will be on your left along the waterfront.

  • Walking

    If you are near the city center, you can walk to Vågholmen. Start from Stora Torget (the main square) and head towards Smedjegatan. Continue straight until you reach Djäknegatan, then turn left. Follow Djäknegatan until it turns into Öster Mälarstrands Allé. Walk straight for about 1.5 kilometers, and you will find Vågholmen on your left, right by the water.
