After about 130 kilometers, take the exit on the right towards E12 and follow the signs for Sollefteå. Continue on E12 for approximately 70 kilometers until you reach the junction with Route 87. Take Route 87 towards Strömsund. After about 65 kilometers, you will arrive in Strömsund. From here, follow Route 342 towards Stora Blåsjön. Continue on this road for about 40 kilometers until you reach the Unnamed Road at Stora Blåsjön. Follow this road, and you will arrive at Cementbunkern Stekenjokk (66.046404, 14.3324638). Please note that parking may be limited, so be prepared to park in designated areas.
Public Transportation
To reach Cementbunkern Stekenjokk using public transportation, you will first need to take a bus from Umeå. Board a bus operated by Länstrafiken, heading towards Örnsköldsvik. The journey takes approximately 2 hours. Once in Örnsköldsvik, transfer to a bus heading to Strömsund. This leg of the journey takes about 1.5 hours. Upon arriving in Strömsund, you will need to take a local taxi or arrange for a rideshare service to reach Cementbunkern Stekenjokk, as public transport does not go directly there. The taxi ride from Strömsund to Cementbunkern will take about 40 minutes and will incur an additional cost, which may vary depending on the service.
