From Umeå, take the E4 highway northbound. After approximately 30 km, take exit 34 towards Holmsund. Follow the signs to Holmsund and continue until you reach the harbor. Here, you can park your car at the designated parking area near the ferry terminal. The ferry to Holmön departs from here, and the ticket costs approximately 60 SEK for a round trip. The ferry ride takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Holmön, follow the signs to Holmön Boat Museum, which is located approximately 1 km from the ferry dock.
