From any location in Västergötland, make your way to the E20 highway. If you are coming from Gothenburg, head southeast on E20 towards Borås. Take exit 53 for the road towards Styrsö. Continue driving until you reach the ferry terminal at Saltholmen. Here, you will need to take a ferry to Styrsö, which operates regularly. The ferry ride costs approximately 75 SEK for adults and 40 SEK for children. Once you arrive at Styrsö, follow the signs to Sundkällevägen, where Stora Rös is located.

If you prefer public transportation, take a train from your nearest station in Västergötland to Gothenburg. From Gothenburg Central Station, catch tram line 11 towards Saltholmen.
