From Bakery Legacy to Modern Eatery

Though no longer a bakery, the name Bageriet echoes over three decades of baking history in these premises, once home to Bosses Bagarbod and earlier operations. Transformed around 2012 from Bageriet Café and Bar into a full restaurant, it has been family-run since Greek-born Vasilis Kanellos acquired it in 2002, passing it to his daughter Ellen Kanellos and partner Isabell Jonasson in 2020. Head chef Erik Raunås brings Stockholm fine-dining pedigree, infusing the menu with precision and creativity while honoring the site's layered past.
