If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Aargau and head towards the A1 highway. Follow the A1 towards Zürich. Take exit 56-Zürich-Altstetten and merge onto the A3. Continue on A3 until you reach exit 11 for Zürich-Uetliberg. Follow signs for Uetliberg and drive up to the parking area near the Uetliberg mountain. Parking fees may apply, usually around CHF 2-4 per hour.

For those using public transportation, take a train from a central Aargau station (like Aarau or Lenzburg) to Zürich Hauptbahnhof (main station). From Zürich HB, transfer to the S10 train heading to Uetliberg. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Uetliberg station, follow the signs to the Planetenweg. The trail starts just outside the station, making it a convenient option for visitors.

Once you reach the Uetliberg station, the Planetenweg is easily accessible. Simply exit the station and follow the marked signs for the Planet Trail. The walk will take about 10 minutes and is a pleasant, scenic route that leads you through beautiful natural surroundings.
