Getting There

From the center of Appenzell, take the main road (Landsgemeindeplatz) heading south. Follow signs for Route 5 towards St. Gallen. After about 5 km, take the exit towards Nesslau-Krummenau (9651). Continue on this road for approximately 10 km until you reach Nesslau-Krummenau. Look for signs to Ofenloch, which is located near the hiking trails in the area.
