Getting There

  • Walking

    Start at Arosa's main train station, Arosa Bahnhof. Exit the station and head towards the town center, following the signs for the local walking paths. After about 10 minutes of walking, you will reach the main pedestrian street, called Poststrasse. Continue straight on Poststrasse until you see the signs for Tschuggen, which will lead you to the footpath heading up towards the observatory.

    Once you reach the Tschuggen path, follow it uphill. The path is well-marked and surrounded by beautiful scenery. Continue walking for approximately 20 minutes. You will pass by a few benches where you can take a rest and enjoy the views. After 20 minutes, keep an eye out for a fork in the path; stay to the left where the signs indicate 'Observatorium'.
